We believe in fostering a supportive environment for our patients and staff, promoting well-being and growth.  We are currently seeking a full time Psychiatric provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide diagnostic assessments, therapeutic interventions, and medication management for patients with a variety of mental health disorders. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of enhancing the quality of life for individuals in our care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to assess mental health needs.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
    • Provide psychotherapy and counseling as appropriate, using evidence-based modalities.
    • Manage psychiatric medications, including prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting dosages as needed.
    • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and nurses, to ensure holistic patient care.

    Qualifications:

    • MD or DO degree with completion of a residency in Psychiatry.
    • Board certification in Psychiatry (or board-eligible).
    • Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
    • Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
