Join Aspirus Health in Duluth, Minnesota as an Inpatient Psychiatrist in our team-based, multidisciplinary behavioral health team.
OPPORTUNITY:
- Full-time position
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Participation in on-call rotation required
- 24-bed, adult-only behavioral health unit
- Serves patients with a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses
- Patients requiring acute medical care are transferred to the hospital medical floor
- No detoxification services provided on the unit
- Dedicated social work support for discharge planning and post-acute placement
- Support for medication-assisted treatment, including buprenorphine (Suboxone) and methadone
- Inclusive care environment with support for gender-affirming treatment
