Position Highlights Setting: Inpatient adult behavioral health unit Census: Average 15 patients per day Monday through Friday schedule Support: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner support based on census Team Culture: Multidisciplinary and mission-driven Key Responsibilities: Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in an inpatient setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a compassionate and professional manner. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision as needed. Requirements: MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry. Active CO medical license or ability to obtain one. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
