As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), we serve underserved communities across Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties including individuals with severe mental illness (SMI), substance use disorders, and complex social needs. Youll work alongside an integrated team of therapists, case managers, nurses, clinic coordinators, peer support specialists, and medical assistants who genuinely collaborate in care delivery.

Qualifications
Required
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Active Michigan medical license
- Michigan controlled substance license
- Experience in psychiatric medication management
Preferred
- Community mental health or CCBHC experience
- Experience with SMI and substance use populations
- Familiarity with MAPS / PDMP systems
