We’re hiring a Psychiatrist who wants complex, meaningful clinical work without the call and lifestyle demands of traditional inpatient psychiatry.
You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and longitudinal recovery for patients living with severe mental illness. You’ll work within an integrated care model with multidisciplinary clinical support and collaboration with Massachusetts General Hospital.

• 6–7 hours of direct patient care plus 1 protected administrative hour daily
• Panel of up to 130 patients across PHP, IOP, and maintenance care

• Primarily onsite with some virtual consultations
• Focus on meaningful recovery rather than high-volume medication management
What makes you a great fit
• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• You’re comfortable treating psychosis, Bipolar I, and other complex psychiatric conditions
• You value longitudinal recovery and interdisciplinary care
• You’re comfortable supervising advanced practice clinicians
• You hold or can obtain required Massachusetts medical licensure and DEA registration
• You hold or can obtain required Clozapine REMS credentials
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $300,000–$330,000 FTE
• Up to 5% team-performance bonus
• Additional individual productivity incentive
