Providers Role: Psychiatrist- Location: Oakland, Maryland (10mins from Deep Creek Lake)
- Fully Outpatient
- Adult Psychiatry
- Assess, maintain, and improve the mental health status of individuals in the communities
- Health and Wellness Services provides a variety of office-based, outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services
- Family-based counseling
- Group therapy
- Individual psychotherapy
- Substance-use disorder counseling
- Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail.
- Clinic Hours: Monday Thursday, 8 am 6 pm and Friday, 8 am 4 pm
