- Schedule: 12-hour Shifts, Full-time or Part-time, Day or Night Shift Available
- Department: Adult Behavioral Health
- Location: Forsyth Medical Center, Winston-Salem, North Carolina
- Description: The Psychiatric Tech is responsible for assisting with care of psychiatric patients from young adults up the age continuum through geriatrics under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
- Experience: 1 year, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. CNAI in NC, preferred.
- Additional Skills (preferred): Ability to perform all MOAB physical holds. Ability to care for Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse age specific patients within facility.
