Position Title: Psychiatric Technician
Location: Fairfield, CA 94533
Schedule: Full-time, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday-Friday | 40 hours weekly
Duration: 12-month assignment with possible extension
Pay range: $35 - 40/hr.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Qualifying licensure, certification, or proof of graduation from/completion of an accredited or equivalent Psychiatric Technician training program/school.
At least 1-year of experience as a Psychiatric Technician after graduation.
Experience administering, scoring, and reporting on standardized psychological screenings.
Experience conducting clinical interviews to obtain biopsychosocial histories.
Knowledge of common psychiatric and addictive disorders, therapeutic communication techniques, and milieu management.
Active BLS certification.
