Seeking a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Coordinator to provide services for an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic located in Prince George’s County, Maryland.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
  
  
• Promote recovery and resiliency by providing rehabilitation services designed to meet the individualized needs of each client.
  
  
• Meet with assigned clients weekly, or as clinically appropriate, based on each client’s individualized needs and agency requirements.
  
  
• Independently set and manage your schedule while ensuring all client service requirements are met.
  
  
• Provide rehabilitation services in the office, clients’ homes, and/or community settings.
  
  
• Develop client-specific, culturally responsive intervention strategies, including goal setting, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  
  
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete client records in accordance with agency policies and all applicable state and federal regulations.
