Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Valid RN license with current state licensure in Texas.
• Certifications Requirements: BLS certification; SAMA certification preferred but can be provided by the facility.
• Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of psychiatric RN experience, including mental health or ER settings.
• Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts (4:00pm – 1:00am); excellent communication and crisis management skills; physical stamina to handle extended observation and respite beds; familiarity with EMR systems; flexibility for rotating schedule including every other weekend.
