What you'll do:

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and behavioral health care for a geriatric population
• Care for patients in clinic, home, and skilled nursing settings
• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient-centered care
