Capital Neurology & Sleep Medicine is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP to join our highly regarded multidisciplinary specialty practice serving Germantown and Frederick . This is an outstanding opportunity to provide psychiatric care within an integrated neurology and behavioral health environment while enjoying exceptional schedule flexibility. Position Highlights Highly flexible hybrid schedule with 3-4 remote days and 1-2 in-office days per week for full-time providers Part-time also available minimum 3 daysweek with at least 1 in-office day Choose your preferred in-office location Germantown or Frederick Provide psychiatric evaluations diagnosis treatment planning and medication management for adult patients Unique opportunity to care for patients with psychiatric conditions that frequently overlap with neurologic cognitive and sleep disorders Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team spanning neurology sleep medicine neuropsychology PM&R behavioral health and advanced practice providers Access to comprehensive specialty resources including neuropsychological testing EEG EMG sleep studies and additional on-site diagnostic services Full-time base salary starting at 145000 with higher compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits including medical dental and vision coverage PTO paid holidays 401k with employer contribution malpractice coverage and more Qualifications Board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP Active Maryland license or eligibility to obtain 1 year of post-graduate PMHNP experience required Strong clinical judgment communication skills and ability to practice independently within a collaborative specialty-care environment Our practice is a proud member of Privia Medical Group a national physician organization with more than 5500 providers in multiple states.
