About the Role:Inner-Circle Communities LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/CNP) to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments for new and existing patients
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized psychiatric treatment plans
- Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, adjusting as clinically indicated
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and therapeutic interventions as appropriate
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, including therapists, social workers, and physicians
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to ensure optimal mental health outcomes
Requirements:- Active Nurse Practitioner (CNP) license in the state of Ohio
- Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a psychiatric/mental health specialty
- DEA license and prescriptive authority in Ohio
- Experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and psychopharmacology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a care team
