    Psychiatric Crisis Nurse (LPN or RN) – Saturday Shifts

    Columbia, MO
    Part-Time | Flexible Saturday Schedule

    Join our Behavioral Crisis Center—a 24/7 rapid-access alternative to the Emergency Department for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises.
     

    This is a unique nursing role focused on assessment and clinical decision-making, not heavy physical care. Ideal for nurses seeking additional income, flexibility, or a break from hospital-based care.
     

    Pay & Premium Shift Earnings

    Base Pay:

    • LPN: $22.15 – $25.63 per hour
    • RN: $27.04 – $33.05 per hour
       

    PLUS Shift Differentials:

    • Saturday Day Shift (7a–7p): +$2.50/hour
    • Saturday Overnight Shift (7p–7a): +$5.00/hour

    Overnight shifts include both weekend and overnight differentials combined
     

    What You Can Earn Per Shift:

    • RN Overnight (12 hours): up to ~$450+ per shift
    • LPN Overnight (12 hours): up to ~$365+ per shift
       

    Perfect for nurses looking to earn consistent extra income with minimal schedule commitment
     

    Schedule Flexibility

    Choose the option that works best for you:

    • Every other Saturday
    • OR every Saturday for higher earning potential
       

    Available Shifts:

    • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    • Overnight: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    What You’ll Do

    • Conduct client assessments and gather medical/medication history
    • Monitor vitals and overall client health status
    • Support treatment decisions alongside physicians and clinical team
    • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
    • Monitor medication administration records (MARs)
    • Serve as a clinical resource for clients, families, and staff
       

    Qualifications

    • Active Missouri RN or LPN license
    • Strong communication and assessment skills
    • Interest in behavioral health or crisis care
