Job Title: PSD Business System Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the product and service delivery support sector. In this role, you will contribute to operating the business system, delivering user support, maintaining business systems, and preparing reports and analysis for assigned accounts/tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent and ongoing business system usage.
• Provide user assistance and coordinate the local user community.
• Deliver local user training as needed.
• Coordinate the creation and maintenance of user accounts in the system.
• Monitor and ensure authorization of system account requests.
• Police and correct system errors and remove obsolete and duplicate items.
• Track and ensure a response to all system feedback, help requests, bugs, and idea submissions.
• Maintain an organized archiving/e-filing system of corporate documents.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Contribute to quality customer service.

Requirements

• Experience in a relevant field.
• Understanding of PSD systems.
• Relevant job code experience (82150230).

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Experience in light industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Knowledge of additional software systems.
