Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and technologically savvy PSD Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to management.
Job Description
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to management and leadership.
- Type, format, proofread, and prepare formal letters, interoffice correspondence, reports, and miscellaneous documents.
- Independently compose professional correspondence and responses to routine inquiries.
- Answer telephone calls professionally and handle requests for information with a high level of service.
- Arrange and coordinate business travel schedules, transportation, and reservations.
- Coordinate meetings, office communications, and related administrative activities.
- Schedule conference rooms and coordinate audio/visual equipment and other materials as needed.
- Maintain organized records, schedules, and administrative documentation.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and provide additional administrative support as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and office efficiency.
Skills Required
- Strong typing and computer skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proofreading and attention-to-detail abilities.
- Ability to independently compose professional correspondence.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
Education
- Highschool diploma or GED
Salary
- $25 - $35 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
