    What You'll Do

    As a Provider Enrollment Research Specialist, you will review and resolve provider enrollment-related rejections, research payer requirements, and coordinate with internal teams and insurance carriers to address issues that may impact claims processing and payment. Your attention to detail and follow-through will help ensure accurate provider enrollment data and minimize reimbursement delays.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review and process provider enrollment rejections within assigned worklists according to established policies and procedures
    • Research enrollment issues through payer web portals, email correspondence, and phone outreach
    • Escalate and reassign enrollment issues to the appropriate Provider Enrollment team for resolution
    • Identify and report enrollment, claims, and payer-related issues that may affect reimbursement
    • Maintain knowledge of payer requirements and enrollment processes
    • Participate in team meetings and ongoing process improvement efforts
    • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
