Your Role
- Own day-to-day mechanical and industrial maintenance throughout the plant.
- Deliver welding repairs and complete fabrication assignments from prep to finish.
- Perform precise welds on small components and assemblies—even in confined areas.
- Interpret basic drawings, sketches, and measurements to guide repairs and fabrication.
- Install mechanical components; route conduit and install enclosures for equipment and facilities.
- Partner with engineering to resolve build challenges and enhance manufacturability.
- Help define, standardize, and document repeatable assembly processes.
- Bridge the gap from prototype builds to stable, repeatable production.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and mechanical components to reduce downtime.
- Assist with installation, modification, and repair of machinery and facility systems.
- Operate a wide range of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Must-Haves
- 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong welding capability with specific proficiency in MIG welding.
- Hands-on experience in metal fabrication, fitting, cutting, and grinding.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 pounds.
- Consistent, safe use of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Preferred
- 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
