    Your impact

    From first cut to final installation, you’ll transform drawings into durable, precise metal parts and assemblies that meet demanding specifications and safety expectations.

    What you’ll do

    • Read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints to plan fabrication steps.
    • Cut, weld (MIG/TIG), and shape metal to build structural frameworks and machine parts.
    • Fit, assemble, and install completed components and structures per spec.
    • Inspect for dimensional accuracy and finish; correct deviations promptly.
    • Partner with engineering/design teams to ensure manufacturability and functionality.

    How you’ll be evaluated

    • Precision and accuracy of fabricated components.
    • Steadfast compliance with quality and safety standards.

    Decision latitude

    Exercise judgment in selecting fabrication methods and materials, and propose process improvements that elevate quality, safety, or throughput.
