As a Prosthetic Technician, your craftsmanship and attention to detail will directly impact the lives of individuals around the world.If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in producing high-quality work, and want to be part of a collaborative team with opportunities to grow, we'd love to hear from you.Why You'll Love Working HereFull-time, first-shift schedule (Monday–Friday)Competitive pay with overtime opportunitiesComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and paid time offClean, safe, and temperature-controlled manufacturing environmentSupportive team culture focused on quality, innovation, and continuous improvementCareer growth through hands-on learning and skill developmentThe opportunity to make a meaningful difference by creating products that improve livesWhat You'll DoAs a Prosthetic Technician, you'll fabricate and assemble custom prosthetic devices for both internal and external customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.Responsibilities include:Operate Omega Carvers and other fabrication equipmentFabricate prosthetic components including check sockets, laminations, foam covers, and pelite linersComplete customer orders from start to finish while meeting quality and production expectationsRead and follow work instructions, specifications, and fabrication proceduresInspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards are metPerform routine equipment maintenance and help maintain inventory of materialsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all company safety policies and departmental proceduresCollaborate with technicians, production teams, and supervisors to continuously improve processes and product qualityWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED requiredStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power toolsBasic computer, math, reading, and writing skillsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to prioritize work and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitudeAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and safely handle molds, equipment, and materials We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
