Proposal Writer

ABOUT US:

Fidelity Partners is an Inc. 5000, USA company that provides medical, technical, logistical, and administrative services to the federal government and commercial Clients across the country. 

Fidelity is seeking a full time Proposal Writer to join our corporate Team to respond to government requests for proposals (RFPs), quotes (RFQs), requests for information (RFIs) and grants. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Analyze Solicitations: Review federal, state, or local procurement opportunities 
• Draft Content: Write compelling executive summaries, technical approaches, management plans, and past performance summaries. 
• Coordinate with Recruiting department to fulfill staffing needs
• Collaborate with Leadership  to gather vital data. 
• Ensure Compliance: Verify that proposal meets solicitation requirements
• Manage Deadlines: Coordinate schedules to track deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Writing & Editing: Ability to produce clear, persuasive, and error-free professional content
• Process Knowledge: Familiarity with government  procurement preferred
• Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related technical discipline.
• Microsoft Suite, AI platforms
