Proposal Writer

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to help them growing architecture, engineering, and construction firm win new work by coordinating high-quality, competitive proposals from start to finish. You’ll partner with executives, technical staff, and marketing teams to deliver polished, on-time responses at their Honolulu, HI location.

Your Day Includes

• Developing marketing content and coordinating with internal staff and clients
• Preparing RFP/RFQ/roster responses, including fee and scope development
• Managing production schedules, internal reviews, proofing, and quality control
• Overseeing final production, printing, delivery, and delivery tracking
• Leading post-proposal debriefs and documenting lessons learned and best practices

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proposal development experience and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe InDesign (A/E or construction industry experience preferred)
• Exceptional editing, organization, and time management skills, with willingness to work occasional after-hours or weekends to meet deadlines
