Job Title: Proposal Specialist
Work Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: Full-time 
Education/Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years in proposal development.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
 

• Manage the entire proposal development process, from initial intake to final submission.
• Analyze RFQs/RFPs to determine requirements, compliance, and deadlines.
• Work with senior leadership to develop win themes, messaging, and positioning in proposal materials.
• Create, revise, and format proposal content to ensure clarity and consistency with brand standards.
• Adapt resumes, project profiles, and standard content for specific proposals.
• Update and maintain proposal content libraries, including resumes and project sheets.
• Ensure all deliverables are accurate, complete, and professional.
• Assist in creating presentations, interview materials, and marketing collateral.
• Monitor proposal progress and keep organized records of submissions and results.
• Contribute to process improvement by identifying ways to enhance tools and content. 

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields is mandatory.
• 3 years of experience in proposal development is essential.
• Ability to work onsite is required.
• Role requires flexibility for occasional night, weekend, or holiday work.
• Understanding of the construction industry is beneficial.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of proposal best practices, compliance, and review processes.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Adobe InDesign experience is preferred.
