Lead and support customer centers within Oil-free Air and Industrial Air Divisions, executing technical and commercial orders for engineered compressed air systems. Responsibilities

• Lead and support customer centers within Oil-free Air and Industrial Air Divisions, executing technical and commercial orders for engineered compressed air systems.
• Develop and deliver competitively priced, technically sound quotations for skid-packaged equipment, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Analyze customer specifications to verify compliance and identify exceptions relative to company standards and product capabilities.
• Support sales and Application Engineers by converting quotations into confirmed production orders, streamlining workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor optimal technical solutions aligned with client needs.
• Quote sub-supplied equipment exceeding 10% of the bid, ensuring proper documentation and alignment of technical and commercial terms.
• Coordinate with Engineered Solutions teams worldwide to maximize gross profit for each project.
• Promote a safety culture by adhering to OSHA regulations and the SafeStart process, aiming for zero work-related accidents.
• Support company's "Safety First" policy and sustainable practices to safeguard quality, environment, health, and energy/resource efficiency goals.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing flexibly to departmental and company needs.

Requirements

• Broad experience in engineering disciplines, ideally with exposure to industrial customers; familiarity with oil and gas sector is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interpret pneumatic and hydraulic flow diagrams and general arrangement drawings accurately.
• Experience or willingness to learn AutoCAD for technical drawing review and preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or at least five years dedicated experience with rotating equipment applications.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
