The Property Transformation Lead will drive large-scale transformation programs and initiatives for the property insurance division, working closely with the Property COO and senior executives. This strategic leader will own the end-to-end transformation roadmap—integrating people, process, and technology priorities—to achieve operational excellence, enhanced customer experience, and sustainable growth.
