Property Technician

Property Maintenance Technician DESCRIPTION Koury Corporation is a Builder and Developer with over six decades of experience developing, maintaining, and managing hospitality, retail, office & industrial and residential properties throughout Greensboro, NC. This position will: Utilize advanced skills to perform preventative maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, systems, equipment and groundsMonitor building system operations and performanceUtilize skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, sheetrocking, roofing to maintain propertiesCoordinate assigned activities with contractors, other divisions, outside agencies, tenants and the general publicPerform related duties as assigned by Lead Property Management Lead or Director of Property Management.Review and execute assigned work orders. Estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs in a timely manner. Conduct property inspections.Inspect building systems, including but not limited to, alarms, HVAC, plumbing and electrical on a recurring basis to ensure system optimization.Keep maintenance logs as required.Plan and coordinate equipment installation and refurbishment.Comply with applicable code regulations, governmental agency and company directives related to building operators and work safety. Ensure compliance with routine governmental required inspections.Respond to Tenants maintenance requests.Monitor contract and service agreements with outside contractors and vendors; ensure job compliance and completion.Perform routine maintenance service and repairs.Groundskeeping as needed Respond quickly to emergency situations. Rotating on call schedule
