Background Requirements

• 1-5 years of civil litigation experience (as a practicing attorney at a law firm or at the public defender's office/DA's Office)
• Practice areas of interest - Property Tax Law 
• Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments
• Motions practice, dispositive motions
• Admitted to practice in TX + in a good standing
