We are looking for experienced trades and cleaning professionals to join our team as a crew leader or crew member! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water, Fire, Mold, Reconstruction jobs and more.

Position Summary
As a dependable Property Restoration Technician, you will perform hands-on restoration, reconstruction, repair, and remodeling work to restore residential and commercial properties. Every day brings different work and the opportunity to help customers rebound from damage.


What You’ll Own


  • Perform assigned restoration, reconstruction, repair, and remediation work.
  • Follow project scopes, safety procedures, and other processes.
  • Complete demolition, mitigation, cleaning (contents, structural), carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring,  based on skills.
  • Protect customer property and maintain clean, organized job sites.
  • Inspect your work and address quality concerns before considering a task complete.
  • Participate in emergency and after-hours response when scheduled.

What We Seek


  • Experience in remodeling/restoration/construction/cleaning or other related trades
  • Experience in effectively leading people is very desirable
  • Experience serving commercial and residential properties 
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • High school diploma/GED
