We are looking for experienced trades and cleaning professionals to join our team as a crew leader or crew member! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water, Fire, Mold, Reconstruction jobs and more. Position SummaryAs a dependable Property Restoration Technician, you will perform hands-on restoration, reconstruction, repair, and remodeling work to restore residential and commercial properties. Every day brings different work and the opportunity to help customers rebound from damage.
What You’ll Own
- Perform assigned restoration, reconstruction, repair, and remediation work.
- Follow project scopes, safety procedures, and other processes.
- Complete demolition, mitigation, cleaning (contents, structural), carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, based on skills.
- Protect customer property and maintain clean, organized job sites.
- Inspect your work and address quality concerns before considering a task complete.
- Participate in emergency and after-hours response when scheduled.

What We Seek
- Experience in remodeling/restoration/construction/cleaning or other related trades
- Experience in effectively leading people is very desirable
- Experience serving commercial and residential properties
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- High school diploma/GED
