    Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities?

    SingleSource is seeking a Property Preservation Associate to coordinate property maintenance and preservation projects for our clients. In this role, you'll work closely with vendors, review project documentation, solve problems, and help ensure client expectations are met from start to finish.

    This position is ideal for someone interested in operations, project coordination, vendor management, customer service, or real estate services. No prior property preservation experience is required. We provide training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow their careers.

    What You'll Do

    • Manage property maintenance and preservation projects from order assignment through completion.
    • Coordinate with vendors to ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and within client requirements.
    • Review photos, reports, and invoices to verify completed work.
    • Track project updates and maintain accurate documentation in company systems.
    • Troubleshoot issues and work with vendors and internal teams to find solutions.
    • Review bids and pricing for maintenance and property service work.
    • Provide project updates and support client requests.
    • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Partner with teammates to deliver excellent service and successful project outcomes.
