    Position Overview:

    As a Property Preservation Analyst, you will play a key role in evaluating property preservation and rehabilitation projects across the United States. You will review scopes of work, analyze pricing, coordinate contractors, and ensure work is completed efficiently, competitively, and in accordance with client expectations.

    This position is ideal for someone with experience in property preservation, construction, project management, inspections, estimating, or REO services who enjoys balancing analytical thinking with relationship management.

    What You'll Do

    Evaluate & Analyze Projects

    • Review property preservation, maintenance, rehabilitation, and demolition requests.
    • Analyze photos, scopes of work, damage assessments, and contractor estimates.
    • Determine fair and competitive pricing using market data and industry standards.
    • Recommend cost-effective solutions that protect asset value.

    Manage Contractor Relationships

    • Source and evaluate contractor bids.
    • Build and maintain relationships with vendors throughout the country.
    • Recruit, onboard, and support qualified contractors.
    • Monitor performance and ensure quality expectations are met.

    Coordinate Property Preservation Efforts

    • Manage projects from bid review through completion.
    • Collaborate with clients, municipalities, HOAs, and contractors to resolve property issues.
    • Help ensure properties remain compliant, secure, and properly maintained.
    • Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation.

    Drive Results

    • Balance quality, cost, and turnaround times.
    • Identify risks and proactively resolve issues.
    • Support company goals through effective communication and project execution.
    • Contribute to a culture of accountability, service, and continuous improvement.

    What We're Looking For

    Required Qualifications

    • Two or more years of experience in property preservation, construction, property maintenance, REO, or a related industry.
    • Strong understanding of construction, repairs, estimating, or preservation practices.
    • Experience working with contractors, vendors, or field service providers.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Construction management experience.
    • Project management experience.
    • Commercial adjusting experience.
    • Knowledge of GSE, FHA, VA, HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or investor guidelines.
    • Experience with vendor management platforms or work-order systems.
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
