Coordinate daily facility maintenance: Organize property operations team members in performing maintenance to ensure the safety and functionality of facilities, systems, and grounds
Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest and team member work orders and emergency requests related to non-functioning machinery or equipment
Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with safety and loss prevention regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
Coordinate preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
