Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
On-site office with stable team. Currently looking or Admin Assist replacement as that person is on medical leave. Client is actively involved and often speaks directly to tenants.
Team Overview:
-APMs both experienced and dependable.
- Engineering team has been there for several years (team of 4) and they are union employees
Resource's typical working day:
Fast paced day of invoice processing, tenant emails, client requests, team coordination.
Must Have Skills:
Real Estate License
Must be organized for heavy email traffic. Financials (reporting variances, accruals, etc.). Patience with private equity client that is learning how to be an owner with 3rd party management.
Nice to have skills:
Mentorship mentality for training support staff that are in early years of their careers.
Years of Experience:
5-8 years
Education
Bachelor's Degree - In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Software skills:
MS Office, Teams, MRI
