BG Multifamily is seeking an experienced Property Manager for an apartment community in Warner Robins, GA. We're looking for a strong leader who understands property operations, enjoys working with residents and teams, and knows how to keep a community running smoothly.

Pay: $25/hr

Location: Warner Robins, GA

Position: Property Manager

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily property operations and onsite staff
• Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations
• Support occupancy goals and community marketing efforts
• Address resident questions and concerns professionally
• Prepare reports, monitor budgets, and coordinate with vendors
• Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing requirements, and community standards
• Partner with leasing and maintenance teams to keep operations running efficiently

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Property Manager experience required
• Property management software experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of leasing, collections, renewals, and resident relations
• Experience with reporting, budgets, and vendor management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced community environment
