Lingo Staffing is hiring an Property Manager for an apartment complex property in the Roanoke area!

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong administrative and property management skills who thrives in a fast-paced office environment. Ideal candidates will be proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing team members assigned to their location including but not limited to operations, maintenance, and administration
  • Prepare and manage budget to control expenses and meet financial objectives
  • Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategy to maximize resident retention and generate a sustaining flow of qualified prospects
  • Show and lease apartments, process applications and move in and move out documents
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year with HUD property management experience required
  • Management skills – problem solving, meeting deadlines, decision making
  • Works well with a group/team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Must have affordable housing experience
  • Preferred Requirements:
    • Fair housing training
    • Experience with Yardi
