The King County Housing Authority is searching for a new Property Manager for our Riverton Terrace portfolio in Tukwila, Washington. This is a portfolio of five (5) properties that the incumbent will manage.
The Property Manager performs complex administrative, operational, and supervisory work overseeing the full management of an assigned property portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective property operations while delivering high-quality housing and services to residents. Key responsibilities include managing leasing activities (applications, move-ins/move-outs, recertifications), maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and policies, overseeing property financial performance including budgeting, rent administration, and expenditure tracking, and ensuring accurate reporting and recordkeeping. The Property Manager supervises staff and coordinates maintenance operations, vendor services, inspections, and capital improvement activities to ensure properties are well-maintained and safe. The role also serves as a primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, resolving complex issues, and fostering positive community relationships.

The starting salary range for this position is $93,257.58 - $111,908.48 annually and overtime-exempt dependent on qualifications and professional experience. The complete salary range for this position is $93,257.58 - $130,560.40 annually. Performance based merit increase opportunities and COLAs are reviewed on an annual basis.
