Property Manager - Conventional Multifamily

Location: Plainsboro Township, NJ

Salary: $100,000-$105,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a large conventional market-rate community in Plainsboro Township, NJ.

The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader with experience managing a large, complex, or multi-site property, leading an onsite team, and maintaining accountability for property operations, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and ownership expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily property operations
• Lead and manage an onsite team of approximately eight employees
• Manage leasing, renewals, collections, occupancy, resident relations, and property performance
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, expenses, vendors, and operational deadlines
• Maintain strong communication with regional leadership and ownership
• Ensure the property remains organized, market-ready, and well maintained

Requirements

• 3+ years of Property Manager experience
• Strong conventional market-rate multifamily experience
• Experience managing a large, complex, or multi-site property
• 3+ years of team leadership experience
• Strong budgeting, financial, leasing, collections, and resident relations experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-site property management experience
• Experience leading a team of eight or more employees
• Experience improving performance at a challenging property
• Bachelor's degree or New Jersey Real Estate License
