Venture Development Realty (VDR), is seeking an experienced and energetic Property Manager / Leasing Agent to support one of Florida's premier master-planned communities, Plantation Bay.
Plantation Bay offers an exceptional lifestyle featuring beautiful homes, outstanding amenities, resort-style living, social activities, and a prime location close to everything.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Review and Analyze Contracts Ensure residential sales contracts and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant.
Manage Contract Execution Coordinate approvals, execution, and distribution of contracts and addenda.
Serve as Cross-Functional Liaison Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, Closing, and Division Leadership on contract-related matters.
Maintain Contract Systems & Documentation Manage legal forms, contract records, homeowner association documents, and sales information in Mark Systems.
Train and Support Sales Associates Provide guidance on contract procedures, documentation requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Active Florida Real Estate License
3-5 Years of Residential Property Management and Leasing Experience
Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Property Management Software
Strong Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail
Knowledge of Florida leasing and real estate regulations
Passion for Delivering Exceptional Service and Community Living
