They are currently looking to add an experienced
Property Manager to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $70k - $80k
Position Overview: The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing portfolio of multi-tenant retail and industrial assets, including both in-house owned properties and third-party managed assets.
Responsibilities of the Property Manager:- Oversee day-to-day property operations, including inspections, maintenance, and capital improvement projects, across the assigned retail and industrial portfolio.
- Manage annual operating budgets, financial reporting, NOI performance, and CAM reconciliations in coordination with Accounting.
- Administer lease agreements, audit lease terms in Yardi, and support renewals, amendments, and tenant move-ins/move-outs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and vendors, managing relationships, service contracts, RFPs, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, develop SOPs, and collaborate with ownership, asset management, and leasing teams to drive operational excellence.
Required Experience/Skills for the Property Manager:- Ownership mindset with a commitment to accuracy, transparency, and service excellence.
- Strong experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and CAM reconciliations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience with vendor management, capital projects, and operational compliance.
- Proficiency in Yardi.
- Deep understanding of lease administration and commercial lease structures.
- 6 - 10 years of commercial property management experience.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Property Manager:- Retail and/or industrial property management experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with institutional owners or owner-operator platforms.
- CPM, RPA, or similar professional designation.
Education Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Finance is preferred.
