    Description

    Supervise all daily operations at Mystic CT location

    Manage all maintenance and repair requirements at Mystic CT locations

    Ensure all fire safety and facility safety operations are current and in-place on facility locations

    Manage the intake and discharge of residents at the facility - administrative oversight

    Ensure resident charts are up-to-date and contain all appropriate resident medical, hospitalization, and incident information / history

    Engage disciplinary action of staff as needed

    Oversee resident funds and allowance distribution

    Oversee resident's schedules and weekly appointments

    Advocacy and quality assurance representative for all residents

    Create, monitor, and update facility shift schedules

    Time and labor management

    Coordinate trainings for staff to ensure their certifications / requirements are current

    Maintain contact with residents' families and points of contact

    Conduct monthly staff meetings

    Conduct monthly resident meetings

    Oversight of food operations; make certain kitchen staff stays up to standard with OSHA and Food Safety certification, regular review of supply ordering and vendor relations

    Participate in required monthly, quarterly, and annual training

    Maintain knowledge of and adherence to State, local, and departmental regulations as they pertain to residential care homes

    Participate in on call duties as required

    Perform other duties as directed/required

    Annual Salary: $50,000.00

    Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree Preferred

    Customer Service Experience

    Healthcare Industry Knowledge (Preferred)

    Supervisory Experience

    Effective Problem Solving Skills

    Minmial Supervision Required

    Works Well In Group / Team Settings

    Customer Service Driven Positive Attitude

    Microsoft Office - Basic Fundamentals

    Supply / Inventory Order Experience
