Property Manager

Ready to manage more than a to-do list? Kabredlo's Property Management is looking for a driven professional to help manage 200+ apartment units across multiple Lincoln properties. This isn't an entry-level role, but property management experience isn't required. We want someone who takes ownership, hits goals, solves problems, and does well in a fast-paced environment. If you've worked in property management, leasing, sales, automotive sales, or another performance-driven role, you may be a strong fit.What You'll Do

• Market, show, and lease apartments
• Follow up with leads and work toward occupancy goals
• Track and collect past-due rent
• Handle resident concerns and enforce lease policies
• Walk properties, spot issues, and follow them through to completion
• Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and apartment turns
• Manage multiple properties, deadlines, and priorities
• Own your communities' performance

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in sales, management, leasing, operations, or another performance-driven role
• A track record of meeting goals and carrying real responsibility
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Confident handling difficult conversations
• Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up
• Comfortable making decisions and working independently
• Property management or leasing experience is a plus, not a requirement

This role is for someone who has already shown success and is ready for more.Pay and Benefits $50,000-$65,000 per year based on experience, plus bonus opportunities and a $3,000 hire-on bonus after 90 days.
