Position Summary: The Property Manager, Lease Purchase manages the daily operations of a portfolio of single-family residential properties. Responsibilities include filling vacancies timely, collecting rent, coordinating maintenance, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring compliance with lease requirements and program policies. This role requires strong communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities. The Property Manager works closely with tenants, internal teams, and community partners to maintain occupancy, support housing stability, and keep properties well-maintained.
