Kohala Coast, Hawaii Island· Work locations: Mauna Lani, Waikoloa Beach Resort, and Mauna Kea resort communities. Full-time, 40 hours per week
Location: Kohala Coast, Hawaii Island (Mauna Lani, Waikoloa Beach Resort, and Mauna Kea resort areas).
Employment type: Full-time, 40 hours per week. 1 weekend day work required. Holiday work required.
Portfolio: You will be assigned a selection of Vacation Rental Properties

About the role
The Property Manager role focuses on the home and the homeowner, ensuring that the home is meets our standards, has regular Quality Assurance checks, and that projects and initiatives for the homeowner are coordinated, managed and communicated in a timely manner.
Successful candidates will have
- Strong organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong computer and willingness to learn new software
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and in writing
- Can do attitude, with willingness to roll up sleeves and jump in to assist
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to work independently across a geographically distributed portfolio
- Demonstrate ability to work as a member of a team
What you will need
• Two or more years of experience in property management, vacation rental operations, hospitality
operations, facilities coordination, or a comparable field.
• A valid U.S. driver's license, your own reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Physical and logistical requirements
• Ability to drive between properties across the Kohala Coast throughout the workday.
• Comfort walking properties, climbing stairs, and being on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
