Experience inaffordable housing programs such as RD, HUD, or LIHTCis strongly preferred.

As the Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while ensuring residents receive excellentserviceand the property ismaintainedto AWIshigh standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing all aspects of the assigned propertys daily operations
Processing applications, screening applicants, and verifying landlord references
Preparing leases, house rules, and required documentation
Managing tenant certifications and re-certifications
Conducting move-ins and move-outs
Collecting rent and security deposits
Enforcing lease agreements and community policies
Coordinating maintenance and ensuring property standards are met
Maintaining strong curb appeal and property presentation
Marketing and advertising vacant units to attract qualified residents
Responding appropriately to emergency situations
Following company policies and procedures

ProficiencyinMicrosoft Office and property management software/databases

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability tomaintainpositive relationships with tenants, vendors, and corporate staff
Basic Requirements
