About the Opportunity
WinnCompanies is seeking a Property Manager I to join our team. You will split your time between Court Street and Temple Villas Apartments, two affordable housing communities totaling 76 apartment homes in Los Angeles, CA.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations, leasing, financial performance, maintenance, and compliance of the community while delivering exceptional resident service. The ideal candidate has experience in property management, multifamily housing, leasing, resident relations, and team leadership, and is committed to maintaining a high-performing, well-managed community.
Please note that the pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience. This position is required to live onsite and comes with a 2-bedroom housing unit.
Additionally, the selected candidate will typically work: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
