Job Title: Property Manager
Pay: $25-28 per hour
Hours: PT - 28 hours a week

As a Property Manager, you'll oversee affordable housing properties, ensuring quality service and compliance. You'll work closely with residents, vendors, and team members to deliver results that support residents’ needs and maintain property standards.

What You’ll Do
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
• Handling re-certifications, case work, and housing assistance processes with HUD Section 8 and LIHTC programs
• Coordinating with tenants, case workers, and community partners to ensure compliance and support
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation with property management software (OneSite, Yardi)
• Conducting unit showings and property inspections

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience
• Experience working with HUD Section 8 and LIHTC programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (OneSite, Yardi)
