About the Role: Storage King USA is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Property Manager to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. If you enjoy connecting with people, taking pride in your work, and want to be part of a supportive and inclusive culture — we want to hear from you!
This full-time hourly role includes weekend availability and offers excellent benefits, bonus potential, and career advancement opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist customers in renting storage units, parking spaces, and purchasing merchandise.
- Convert phone and walk-in inquiries into successful rentals with confidence and professionalism.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility including unit inspections, cleanliness, and basic maintenance.
- Manage customer accounts, collect rent, enforce policies, and handle delinquent units (including auctions when needed).
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors, inspect completed work, and maintain service standards.
- Foster strong community connections and promote Storage King USA locally.
- Lead and support on-site staff, creating a positive, efficient work environment.
What You Bring:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and general web-based tools).
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous retail, sales, hospitality, or property management experience is a plus – but we’re open to diverse backgrounds!
