Tharp Real Estate Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our properties, including tenant relations, maintenance and repairs, and lease administration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage tenant relations, including responding to tenant inquiries and concerns, and ensuring timely resolution of any issues
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work for the properties
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Manage lease administration, including lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management
- Strong knowledge of property management laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software

Daily Shift:
- This is a full-time position, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, occasional evening and weekend work may be required to respond to emergencies or address tenant needs.
