Position Summary


The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Sam’s Family Spa, including the hotel, spa, RV park, mobile home community, and on-site store. This position manages staff, residents, guests, property operations, and administrative responsibilities to ensure the property runs smoothly and efficiently.


Responsibilities


  •  Oversee the daily operations of the entire property. 
  •  Supervise and support front desk, store, maintenance, and other property staff. 
  •  Ensure employees are completing their assigned responsibilities and following company procedures. 
  •  Assist with employee scheduling and daily staffing needs. 
  •  Provide professional customer service to residents and guests. 
  •  Handle and resolve resident and guest concerns and complaints. 
  •  Oversee hotel and RV reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and occupancy. 
  •  Monitor mobile home and RV vacancies and assist with leasing and applications. 
  •  Ensure prospective residents complete the required application, screening, and approval process before move-in. 
  •  Oversee rent collection, payments, deposits, and property records. 
  •  Monitor store operations and ensure staff maintain appropriate inventory and customer service. 
  •  Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance, cleanliness, and safety concerns. 
  •  Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure repairs are completed. 
  •  Monitor the property for lease violations, unauthorized occupants, safety concerns, and other operational issues. 
  •  Report significant incidents, accidents, employee matters, and property concerns to corporate management. 
  •  Maintain accurate resident, guest, employee, and property documentation. 
  •  Ensure the property is clean, safe, organized, and properly maintained. 
  •  Follow and enforce company SOPs, policies, Fair Housing requirements, and applicable regulations. 
  •  Communicate regularly with corporate management regarding property operations. 
  •  Perform other management and administrative duties as assigned.
