The Property Manager will provide leadership to site staff, direction for building operations, customer service, resident relations, property budget management, rent collections, leasing, compliance and guidance on maintenance priorities. We are looking applicable experience in management and customer service.
This position will lead operations at Mercy Angle Lake Family Housing, which will deliver 130 affordable housing units. The property will also reserve several units for tenants with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. The ARC of King Country will use the ground floor commercial space as their county headquarters, providing critical services to those with intellectual and developmental disability and their families. The property is adjacent to the Angle Lake light rail station in Seatac, WA.
